When you have completed the OneVest onboarding process and made your first deposit, you should expect to wait approximately 7 business days before seeing that your funds have been invested. During this time, your funds are processed, held, and invested.
After this period, you should expect to see your holdings invested in line with your target holdings.
We invite you to first reach out to our support team - who may be able to help you answer your questions in regards to onboarding and your account. They will be able to help route any of your investment related questions to one of the registered Portfolio Managers at OneVest. The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) requires any discussion related to personal advice or financial guidance to be held between you and a registered portfolio manager.
