You can choose 2, 3, 4, and 5 years term for the Musharaka, after which you renew your Musharaka conditions. We have also created the first up to 25-year term mortgage utilizing the Murabaha model, meaning the agreement does not need to be renewed, but the Murabaha product is temporarily on hold.
