We have established a Halal mortgage Fund, the Manzil Mortgage Fund, whereby any eligible individual or institution can invest to receive monthly income distributions (Dividends). All funds received are conducted via Shariah Compliant agreements. Manzil will always ensure that our transactions abide by AAOIFI guidelines and are approved by our Shariah Supervisory Board.
