A 2% administration fee of the financing amount will be applied at closing time. This fee is used to support the operations related to the Halal Home Financing program and to enhance Manzil's services. The profit you pay on your mortgage is directed to the Manzil Mortgage Fund’s investors.
Example:
If the purchase price of the home is $750,000, and you have a down payment of $150,000 (20%), the total financing amount is $600,000. On closing, you will be charged $12,000 (2%) of the financing amount, payable to Manzil.
