If you would like to cancel a recurring or auto-deposit you’ve set up on your Corex account, please follow the steps below.
Steps
- Log in to your Manzil account at manzil.io
- Go to your Corex account by clicking Invest and then "Go To Account"
- From the Corex homepage, navigate to the Activity tab
- Scroll down and you will see the Upcoming Transfers section
- Click on the transaction you would like to cancel
- A pop up should appear with the details about the transaction and a Cancel button. Click the Cancel button
- Confirmation: Once canceled, you’ll see a message in the Upcoming Transfers section, "No transfers available" or the cancelled auto-investment will no longer appear in the list.

- Portfolio Management and Investment Fund Services are provided by Corex: Please note that Corex is the registered portfolio manager handling your investment account and any auto-investment activities, including cancellations. Manzil helps facilitate the process but all investment activities and account management are handled through Corex.
- Support for Account or Auto-Investment cancellations: If you need further assistance with cancelling auto-deposits or have questions regarding your account, please contact Corex support. Any account-related activities must be directed to Corex, as Manzil does not directly manage or handle account-specific investment services.
