Since the property is co-owned by you and Manzil in a partnership, you cannot sell the house without Manzil’s consent. You notify Manzil of your intent to sell, and Manzil will provide you with an offer to purchase all of its remaining shares at the 'Early Termination Sale Price'. Once you buy out Manzil's shares... you have full control to sell the property on the open market.
