When Signing Up for a Corex account
During the "Assumptions" process of account creation, individuals who are members of CIRO member firms must self-declare this information.
This step will not delay the account creation process. However, the Corex support team will reach out to confirm the following before any trading can begin:
- The organization or firm to which the individual is associated,
- The position held within the organization.
In some cases, additional supporting documentation may be requested to verify the information provided.
Requesting duplicate statements
If duplicate statements are required, a request can be submitted to Corex's support team.
A signed letter (a scanned version is acceptable) from the individual or compliance department will be needed, specifying the organization or firm and the intended recipient for the duplicate statements.
Disclaimers:
Corex is the official service provider for account-related activities such as account creation, trades, and transfers. For any assistance regarding account setup, documentation, or trades, individuals must reach out to Corex directly.
